These Terms of Service govern your use of e-PointHub, a rewards and points-earning platform. By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use e-PointHub. By creating an account, you represent that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into binding contracts.
Point Earning
Points are earned through routine digital tasks such as shopping, surveys, referrals, and games. The value of points is fixed at 100 points equaling ₹10. Points are credited to your account based on the activity you complete.
Redemption Rules
Points can be redeemed for gift cards, cashback, or partner perks. Redemption is subject to availability and the point balance required for each specific reward. You are responsible for ensuring your account balance is sufficient for any redemption.
Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these terms, or if you fail to meet the requirements for point earning or redemption.
Limitation of Liability
e-PointHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform. We provide services as a convenience and do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any third-party rewards.
