Redemption Process

Redemption is a straightforward process. Once you select a reward from our catalog, you confirm the transaction on the platform. Points are deducted from your balance in real-time, and the redemption is processed according to our standard payout schedule.

Refund & Reversal

Refunds are only processed in exceptional circumstances. If a redemption fails due to a technical error or a third-party partner issue, we will initiate a reversal of the points within 48 hours of our internal verification. No refunds are issued for failed manual redemption attempts.

Point Reversals

Points may be reversed if there is a discrepancy in the earning activity log. We maintain a transparent audit trail for all transactions. If you believe there is an error in your balance, please contact our support team for a manual review.

Eligibility & Limits

Redemption is subject to the terms and conditions of the specific reward. Certain rewards may have a minimum point threshold or a maximum redemption limit. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any redemption activity if it violates our community guidelines.
